The discerning palate will find a variety of cuisines at Pelican Paradise Resort. Our three main specialty restaurants are Jade Mountain (Chinese), Olive Branch (Italian), and Fisherman’s Wharf (located in The Aery, the adjacent development), where guests can enjoy the freshest catch by the ocean.

Guests can also enjoy bar bites and cocktails at Reflections, our pool restaurant, or choose from a wide range of international and Timorese dishes at Sabor, our all-day dining restaurant. After a long day, guests can unwind at the Sunset Lounge lobby bar with a nightcap and some light food before retiring to their rooms.
